The Recovery Rocks podcast is our ongoing love letter to the recovery community, mental health advocacy, and the power of music—especially rock' n roll. Lisa Smith and I launched our podcast in 2018, releasing new episodes every Friday. We even won a Signal Award for Best Buddy podcast in 2022!
